After 20 years IT experiences in different business sectors as consultant, IT architect and operations manager toward large company, the most exciting thing for me is to lead a multidisciplinary team to discover, design/develop and build a common business goal to reach customer satisfaction.

As a manager in technical project manager team, my concerns are:
- Discover and identify the business goals and expected impacts of the project (Design and assessment workshop)
- Build the team and align the right people to achieve those goals (developper, consultant, PM, architect)
- Use and maintain an Iterative Methodology to execute development/integration/deployment (Agile methodology)
- Manage risk and guarantee delivery success

- Technical: Cloud solution (OpenStack), emerging technology, infrastructure from datacenter to middle-ware softwares,
- Management: Up to 20 people (developper, consultant, architect, project manager) around the world
