I have been an IT professional since 2001.
I worked in many domains such as software creation/update/management, as well as User Support Technician/Team Leader, IT Park manager, Project Manager, Software manager or even System & Network technician, .
During all those years I did a lot of transcription from User calls, to project meeting audio/manuscript transcription. I also helped my fellow IT coworker who didn't talk English by translating user manuals/Technical articles from English to French.
I contributed in data entry when integrating new softwares.
