I am a biotechnology engineer, specializing in bioinformatics and genomics. I have several experiences in the field of RNA-seq and DNA-seq analysis (human and bacterial), in particular on Illumina data.

I also worked for several years in clinical research (oncology, phase I trials) and I am therefore fully aware of the legal and administrative constraints of this type of work.

I know R, statistical tests, machine learning and R Shiny.
