I am a lawyer & business affairs, specialized in Intellectual Property Rights and New Technologies. I graduated from University Panthéon Assas - Paris II and I have more than 12 years of experience in this field. After working in international media corporations as well as startups, I now offer my services as a freelance. These services include particularly (but not limited to) the drafting and / or revision and negotiation of various legal documents, such as :
- Intellectual property agreements (licenses for audiovisual, cinematographic or music content, copyright, exploitation of one’s image… etc.)
- Non disclosure agreements
- Legal documents for blogs and websites (terms of use, legal notices)

Drafting contracts involves would include writing the document from scratch and reviewing means amending terms/clauses, adding necessary sections, and restructuring the document to protect your interest at best.
