I currently support companies in their digital transformation, guiding them towards Responsible Digital practices, optimizing their data usage, adopting generative AI solutions, or deploying new application architectures. I draw on a solid expertise and user-centered approach to define the desired user journeys, carefully co-constructing solutions that avoid digital solutionism.
As an entrepreneur and a consultant specializing in innovation and digital transformation since 2016, I help organizations reshape their strategies and services, using Design Thinking techniques to identify and prioritize pain points. I work closely with senior management and end-users to co-develop new services and products, creating detailed user journeys that allow for rapid prototyping of these services. I also conduct thorough market studies of digital solutions, overseeing all phases of testing to ensure these services align with existing architectures and can be deployed seamlessly within the organization when ready.
Throughout each project, I adopt an agile approach, collaborating with all internal and external project stakeholders. My role is to ensure smooth communication among all parties while aligning the vision of senior management with on-the-ground realities.
Additionally, I have expertise as a digital services auditor, which allows me to assess an organization’s digital maturity, offer recommendations, and help implement these to facilitate their transformation.
