I obtained a bachelor’s degree in management and sales at the University of Abomey-calavi in Benin with three years of experience in telemarketing services b2b. In fact, I worked in the Market Options Center call centre, which specializes in customer service as a manager.

I managed the clientele of several shopify stores like Lumiyor , Blacksound and Pandora box 2... The biggest customer service platform I had to work on was Globalegrow from a Chinese online sales company and I went from all over the world.
Having worked with this company, I have a good command of customer management.

On the lookout, I assist all clients with any concerns they have in responding to customer emails, chat and social media requests. I assure the customers return the product and refund on the policy of the company. I know how to make the customer happy and get more positive feedback from our social media. I can also, manage all orders using the platform.

Using the platform (Shopify, Seller Central, eBay, etc.)

I have a good mastery in the use of templates, Outlook, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgia.

I have all the tools necessary to respond to this work.

I can work 10 hours a day, Monday to Saturday. I am the right candidate for this position.
